Kubernein Initiative, in collaboration with Forum for the Future, organised a day-long, closed-door scenario based workshop on “Emerging Trends on AI and Geopolitical Risk in the Indo-Pacific” in Mumbai, on September 8, 2025. This workshop formed a critical part of our ongoing research examining how AI dynamics could reshape geopolitics in the Indo-Pacific through a grand strategy lens. The workshop brought together policy experts, and AI technology developers in a scenario-based interaction to explore intersection of AI and Geopolitics, and the challenges and opportunities for collaboration and convergences across the region.
The outcomes from the workshop will be shared in a report scheduled for public release in November, 2025.
